Jackal2233
I normally just go: player.setav shoutrecoverymult 0.1 (for near instant recovery) I don't like the modav command, because it alters the attribute by a number which I tend to forget.Setav just sets the number to what I want. It does make the game rather easy though unless you can discipline yourself not to feim every second or crowd control with ice form, and wuuld everywhere. nikwriter
Personally, I'd die for a mod that links your shoutrecoverymult to your character level, or apply dragon souls as a boosting affect once you've paid for all the actual shouts. As Dragonborn, you should be able to get more powerful with your shouts as your character accomplishes more.
Eddie707
Hey guys I know this is a realy old forum but I'm getting realy desperate .I stareted playing skyrim and I just killed the first dragon to get shout but my recharge is set to one. Then I used the consle command to set it to default but its stuck at 1 althought I never even tried to change my shout time
Kerberus14
My mod handles shout cooldowns in a natural manner.
iocaster
My method is fairly simple, but effective. Open the console and type... playerenchantobject 877cb fb992 fb992 This enchants a Gold Sapphire ring (any piece of jewelry will work) with instantaneous (dependant on enchanting skill level) shout cooldown and places it in your inventory. Simply equip the ring when you need it and unequip it when you don't.
