InAComaDial999
Ya...except, no it doesn't.Patch is fine, fps is fine. Saves are fine.Gotta love when people post total PEBKAC like it's universal. Same here. I installed the patch, played for about an hour, no problems. Fought a dragon, no wonky animation, got its soul when it died. Fast travel works, etc. Haven't tried the bookshelf thing yet. This is with a i7 920, HD5870 1GB, 6GB RAM, nothing overclocked, no mods, High settings at 1920x1080 with 4xAA/8xAF.
Beestonian
I had the same problems when I used the Vanilla TESV .exe. However, the Skyrim4GB alternate is still fairly stable and doesn't crash after this patch.
DorkDiva
Beware of the 1.3 patch it kills your FPS and even breaks your game, let me clear things up so you understand Ya...except, no it doesn't.Patch is fine, fps is fine. Saves are fine.Gotta love when people post total PEBKAC like it's universal. I agree, most of the complaints or issues are coming from the same sources, nowhere new, while others have no troubles or serious issues and are enjoying the game fine with the patches. Not everyone has the same issues, or suffers from weird anomalies. Maybe Skyrim just doesn't like certain people...And the Lord sayeth...Thou Shalt Not Playeth.
Lyanheart
I had FPS issues while playing... because Steam was in the background downloading the update, I think. It was REALLY noticeable since I normally run full ultra everything at 60 fps. First thing that went through my head was "ARE YOU KIDDING ME!? ANOTHER BORKED UP PATCH??" Then I exited and reloaded the game, and everything was back up to full speed. Groovy. PLUS- Did anyone else notice dual-wielded weapons both show up now when holstered?----EDIT: Spoke to soon.... my savegame loaded up with both my weapons at my sides but as soon as I drew them it want back to only displaying the main/right hand weapon. Bummer.

csgators
I've had no problems and no crashes...except the old FO3 crash on exit that I hadn't seen before in Skyrim. But I've seriously had no in game crashes since I got 1.2 and I was getting them now and then before that.
Lhamaria
Hopefully all these gamebreaking issues are resolved and not only the memory handling with the next patch, which according to google rumours will be released next week. (any confirmation?) Also, a tip. Backup, or download the revert files from the Steam forums. Let the game patch. Then replace the patched files with the old 1.1 files. Now you can play any game you want through Steam without Skyrim patching again(until a new patch is released). Works for me. Yay. As for thoes who claim the patches are perfect and what not. Great for you, stop arguing about it. It has nothing to do with the topic at hand and if you truly feel like this is something that needds to be argued about, make another thread.
