This shout 'enchants' weapons (to strike faster) temporarily and so does not work on weapons already enchanted? I had enchanted weapons with the first few levels. How is this a useful Thu'um exactly? TirickI was pissed about this too, atleast if there would be some description saying "not working on already enchanted weapons", but nothing like that.
