Moksha8088
Glad the new F4SE works well with the 1.7.19 update.Dummy! You failed to realize that Bethesda rolled back the update to 1.7.15 because it caused too much trouble and you need to rerun the past F4SE from your downloads and hope that works. Get with the program Moksha or go back to Oblivion or a suitable parallel dimension.

RadoGamer
OK her is the results of my research and trial and error, for anyone else with this problem. After looking over the logs I posted parts of, I realized the DLC's were Nuka World and the other was the third Workshop, so I decided on a hunch to check the plugin list on the NMM and found that when the NMM update took place the only two plugins that did not get check marked when it reinstalled the plugins were exactly those two, no idea why, I checked the boxes and restarted the NMM. I started the game using the manager as I always do and still the crash happened in the exact same place it had been happening every time. The consistency of it was so precise I could set a clock by it. Soooo I thought about it for while and remembered I had saved my load order and used that backup after the update . So I opened loot, when I started to use it I realized there was a newer version so I downloaded it and used it (if your going to use it always keep it updated). That did the trick. After a few test runs in the game I saved, reinstalled Fusion City went back in game and no problems. The up side of all of this is I got to restart an excellent mod and finished the first two quests again! Lessoned learned? Check the simplest thing first and LOAD Order is everything!!
