Glitched forge motion

My character animation when using a forge is glitched... in a hilarious way :facepalm:

This is exactly what is happening to my game, except I am playing on a laptop, not on a 360.

 

I tried a little search in the Nexus and I couldn't find a similar topic, does this mean very few people have this problem? :pinch:

Not really sure what would cause that, a mod, or restart the game maybe?

Nope, my game is vanilla. Neither restarting Skyrim nor Win7 (64bit) help :facepalm:

Using the current version, but my game was bought late so I don't know about 1.0~1.1 :ohdear:

 

If there is anything else, it's that my laptop is an older model (Radeon 5470M) and uses low~medium graphic settings. :sweat:

Possible fix i found on youtube:

So if you have a shield, unequip it, and pull out your weapon, then put it away. This worked for me. I play Skyrim on PC, so I do not know if it will help console users.
