LE Exotic Looking Custom Races/NPCs Added to Spawn Lists?

Wouldn't it be awesome to add a bit more spice to those random NPCs the game occasionally spawns in, wether thy be to challenge you or just add life to the game world? We've got mods creating lots of unique races or exotic characters, but they are almost always limited to Player Character presets or Custom Followers! What if they were instead added to the spawn lists, or replaced non-essential NPCs? What if that farm had Drow workers, or some of those random Bandits were beast-race/human cross breeds? What if that vampire you ran into had bright purple skin and tiny horns, cause why not? If Mods can make the player some strange unique species that nobody bats an eye at, it just makes sense that you'd stumble across other exotic individuals scattered through the game world, right?

 

Admitadly, this would most likely benefit folks on sites like Loverslab the most, offering a larger variety of exotic looking subjects for adult mods, but even for those who play Skyrim clean, I think the added verity to NPCs would be appreciated.

 

P.S. Mods like Interesting NPCs do a job of helping this along, but in this case I was think more along the lines of random spawn types; give the poor grunts a chance to spawn in the occasional exotic specimen, not just the popular kids, you know?
