Skyrim CTD's everytime I load a save when on a horseback

Hi everyone! I have had this issue for several months now and it has made me completely unable to use horses. The problem is that when I load up a save when my character is on horseback the game CTD's. I can ride the horse and all of that without problems but immidiately when I load a save when on a horse it crashes. I have no mods that edits horses (as far as I know) so I don't know what could be causing this...

 

I will post my load order here but I unfortunately don't have a lot of information that I can share.

I have cleaned my masterfiles with TES5Edit, I have used save cleaners on my save game, I use ENBoost and Crash Fixes.

My game is extremely stable and it almost never crashes, except when loading a save where my character is on a horse.
