Bard's College rewards glitch?

Hello all..

 

I play Skyrim on pc and since the 1.3 update I'm having trouble leveling up.. When crafting alchemy it levels up very little and sometimes normal. Sometimes it doesn't level up at all.. I can live with the not leveling up in alchemy but this next thing really bothers me!

Same thing at the Bards College when getting rewards from the quests with the Flute and the Lute.

With both quest givers it levels up the first magic thingy i get as a reward but the last 3 or 4 does NOT get in my xp..

So I was just wondering if any of you are having trouble leveling up sine the 1.3 update?

 

*EDIT*- The real issue here is that the level progress bar (in the middle of the screen, not the progress bare for alchemy, smithing etc. down in the right corner) freezes right about halfway through the leveling up progress even though my magic, speech, enchanting, armor etc. still increases in level.

I have always had trouble leveling alchemy. 2000 potions and I am still not done I am sitting at 75 or so. It only took 500 craft to max blacksmithing, which is way to low. Also I am not using the well rested or lovers stone bonus to increase my leveling. Edited December 8, 2011 by aguliondew
