Harder but not hardcore skyrim

So with all these new mods that are coming out, the new equipment that is coming out and soon that CK coming out, which will undoubtedly cause many new and shiny items to come out with the game seems like it is going to become a bit easier and easier even on master. Right now I have it on master. I am lvl 51 with the crafted armor and so on. No I didn't craft said armor so I could break the game, power lvl or anything else like that. I like crafting so I got the stuff together and crafted. Simple as that. Now, the game being on master isn't push over easy. I still die occassionally. I should say before I go on that I play a sneaky thieving archery weilding light armor person so you know how I play. As I said, I still die, mainly because when I do get seen by duel wielding freaks that like to mince things up I oblige them and become mince meat if I can't run quick enough or am just too stubborn to leave. That said, it doesn't happen often. Now to the point. Is there a mod out there which increase the difficulty a bit? Sort of like increasing it from adept to expert or something like that. I know their is a mod which they say mods the AI to were the NPC heals themselves. I actually find the AI to be good and have seen NPC's heal themselves, mainly casters.....I used to hate casters till I enchanted things to resist fire and frost. Now I just hate lightning. Sorry to digress but the question still remains. Is there something like this out there, is there a WIP or is this something that has to wait till the CK comes out?

Thank you.

+1 for this, Master is too easy even without “perfect” weapons/armor, my regularly crafted armor at 100 Smithing is enough to make me take next to no damage from all but dual wielding bandit leaders or other bosses, and my Nord passive + 66% resist fire/lightning enchants make even the hardiest casters easy as pie (and I have a few dozen 30% resist frost/fire/lightning).

I would love a mod which makes the game harder than Master, but without changing the mechanics - just adjusting the stats. I've seen a few hardcore mods out there that nerf every aspect of your character, but I'd like to keep the mechanics (sneak, perks etc) untouched.

A lot of people have been complaining about this, but you'll probably have to wait until the CK comes out. At that point I would expect quite a few mods that re-balance the game and make it more challenging.

This is one of them:

Yeah, we'll probably get a series of nice combat overhauls like Deadly Reflex for TES4. Some of the changes in that topic (eg. the improved weapon damage and block/dodge requirements) sound nice, but the vast majority sound awful. Having to eat/sleep? No thanks, I can do that in real life if I want to.

Perhaps the only change we need is to make armor value much, much less useful (for the player).

As I've said earlier, i personally think it's best not to increase the enemy HP, but to increase the enemy damage (or rather, decrease the player armor value).

I don't want to have to hit a bandit 20 times for him to die, but I sure as hell don't want to be able to stand there and tank all of his hits without even stopping to heal myself.
