maboru Posted December 16, 2011 Share Posted December 16, 2011 That's interesting, the Update.esm file is something new to Beth games, it doesn't exist in FONV, FO3, Oblivion or Morrowind but came with initial Skyrim installation and I figured it was the day1 patch. However, in spite of being an esm it doesn't show up in my Data files. I'd love to know what purpose it serves other than to provide CTDs! (I've hardly ever had any CTD problems so I think I'll just keep it for now.) Anyone ever open it to see what's inside? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
