Hello. Very Odd Request.

Greetings,

 

I am Muezick, I am new to these forums, I am new to Oblivion. I have how ever invested hundreds of hours into Morrowind like I'm sure many of you did. I am not trying to be lazy when I make this request, I did do a little looking and after the 30'th page of 'different armour and house' mods, I got kind of fed up.

 

I'm looking for a very particular mod, one that I'm not even sure is possible.

 

I'm not sure if any of you have used one or not, But I've got a PS2 addapter controller. It allows me to use my PS2 controlers on my games as if they were regular PC game controlers. It works rather well.

 

One problem I've run into with oblivion, is there is no menu support, and no 360 degree support. I noticed this problem with all of the game controlers i've used.

 

Now I understand they made this game for PS3 and Xbox360, So that must mean, some where they have these things working in this game.

 

So my question is, Does a mod exist to make them work for Oblivion?

 

Can one be created?

 

Or am I being a complete noob by missing the horribly obvious. Again, Please try to consider I am new to this game, and I did do a little research, So while I do appologise for not spending hours looking, at the same time I don't have hours to spend, So I thank you in advance for your understanding and I appreciate your helpfulness if any is provided. As I am familiar with the mechanics of forums, there are those who visit them every day, who will have seen/heard mention of such things, and without even really putting up extra effort, a simple "yes or no" would suffice if you have or have not heard of such a thing. Any one proficient in creating mods, of course is always welcome to offer a more detailed opinion, and any who may be able to re-direct me to the mod in question(if it is already created) or some other similar fix, I would be eternally greatful. Again, I appologise if there is an error in making this post, but again, I do not have the time to search for hours on end through one hundred thousand different armour, weapon 'X-other-video game emmulation' mods.

"Game Pad Functionality on PC" might be a better title for this post and it should probably be moved into Technical Support. Anyway read the 'Game Pad Functionality' section on this page, just be careful that you know what you're doing if you attempt these changes. No one will be responsible for any damage to your game or PC but you.
