LE USLEEP-compatible Localized Thieves Guild Jobs, please?

I basically wrote what I wanted in the topic title, so I believe that's self-explanatory. If a brand new mod has to be made in order to do it, well so be it.

 

For those who don't know, Localized Thieves Guild Jobs allow you to choose where you do the job, sparing you time lost reloading previous saves in order to get the hold that you want so you can get to the reputation quests faster.

 

However, from the comments, it (probably) doesn't play well along USLEEP, hence why I'm making that request.

I realize this is not quite the same thing, but Thieves Guild Alternate Routes http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/78503/? also includes a dialog option to focus all of the jobs in a single hold, and apparently plays fine with USLEEP (according to the comments, anyway).

I'm not the one making assertions about the mod. What, precisely, about it is supposedly conflicting with USLEEP?
