Game crashing within 1-5 minutes after loading a save.

remove the ones that don't apply

 

and

 

run this through LOOT

Your getting CTD's because you have far too many mods installed. I think there's a limit of around 145, any more than that and you run the risk of your game not loading or crashing. You'd have to merge a number of these mods if you want all that content in your game (look in the forums for advice regarding how to merge mods)

A quick look at your mod list, I'm left wondering why you have six versions of Live Dismemberment installed when you can only use one at a time (the Mental version will take precedence as it's higher in your load order) Uninstall the versions you won't use, and uninstall at least 50 of your mods, then use L.O.O.T. to rearrange your load order.
