Malicara
I'm wasn't completely sure where to post this so I hope here is okay. I have a problem with textures only popping in when I get very close to them. I have all the basic option set to max but still get these ugly textures. when I get close enough the nicer texture will eventual pop up is there a mod or ini setting I can use to fix this? I tried a few HD LoD and 2k texture packs but none of them seemed to help. Any helpful advice would be appreciated. Malicara
Thanks I'll take a look and see if it offers any solutions. I recently upgraded to a much nicer computer i7 processor and 1070 video card so I don't think it's a power problem but maybe something in settings. twiztedmongoloid
DynDOLOD will help with that. Also use TexGen with it. Really helps texture loading and LOD pop in. Also make sure you are using the ultra ini preset. That will set your view distances to the max.
Project579
don't exaggerate with:fMeshLODLevel2FadeTreeDistance=2048.0000<----you can increase thisfMeshLODLevel1FadeTreeDistance=2844.0000<----you can increase thisfMeshLODLevel2FadeDist=12000.0000fMeshLODLevel1FadeDist=16896.0000 or your game will crash the values i have are the right ones for ugrids at 5 (the Default).
