msyoung Posted October 10, 2016 Share Posted October 10, 2016 Geralt just received this silver sword in NG+ (in Blood and Wine) and it seems to have some pretty good stats. It hits 10% harder every time you hit someone and if you kill your opponent when the sword has max stats, it will increase damage permanently. And it apparently levels with you. It is not a mod but is part of the game. It starts out better than my Legendary Grandmaster Manticore silver sword. Haven't had a chance to fight anyone yet so do not know the answers myself. The Rune Master was able to add some slots to it so I was able to add a rune to it. So I am wondering, is there any better silver sword in the game? It already is better than anything I can craft (or own) at the moment. It has no inbuilt magical ability, such as +50% chance for a critical hit. But at an increase of 10% for every hit, when it hits for the tenth time that is a guaranteed critical hit. Geralt is level 98 if that makes any difference.
