Gribbleshnibit8
I'm running an ATI HD 5700 and I use the performance pack and have issues in some areas, though some of it could be related to mods loading a lot of extra data. It all really depends on how much stuttering or load time you want. Assuming you've got the bandwidth, I'd say download one, install it (using FOMM or NMM, don't just drop the files in), and if it lags too much, crashes, etc, then go download the other and use it. You can go get the NMC Premade Fomod Pack and use that to install, it'll let you mix and match normal maps and the base textures for somewhat higher detail with smaller sizes, but it requires you download all of the files in order to install it. BlackRampage
Here's my current Load Order, which runs like buttah!Of course it does! Anyway, with those specs the only one that suits you is the performance pack. And if you experience too much "stuttering" in the wasteland, try deleting some of the "wasteland" textures. Those are real RAM eaters.
Jeoshua
There's an updated FAllout Remastered 0.9 main file, and also you should get the Mart's Mutants Mod package as well. Other than that, use the Performance Pack. It's a bit better than vanilla, but not rediculously so hard to run that you would need to get a new PC.
