Can anyone help against my crashing Skyrim game?

Hello everyone. I have an issue I need help with. I have been playing and modding Skyrim for quite some time with many successful fixes and whatnot. I have recently installed an SSD and removed Windows 10 (what a pain!!!!) and have reinstalled vanilla Skyrim and am modding again. I have all my favorite mods installed and works like a charm.... Until I go outside. As soon as I get outside for maybe about 2 minutes, the game crashes. I would REALLY appreciate a little help on this one.

for my game it's just disabling and re-enabling all my plugins and then having to remake my simple mods

For me it was gtx updates that brought down the game. It started in June and every update I had drop mods that overloaded a once perfect game.
