Shouldn't best studio go to the one who's games have the most stability and best customer support? Also, why get excited that Skyrim won anything? It's not like "we" won anything. lol Aw yeah!!!! TheMango55 Posted December 12, 2011 Share Posted December 12, 2011 Skyrim definitiely deserves it, even though it's got more bugs and glitchest than 3 average games. Games don't start at a 10 rating and have points subtracted for all the flaws (at least that's not how it should be). They start at zero and all the positives and negatives are taken into account to to give the overall experience of playing the game. So even though Skyrim has a lot of things wrong with it (like every Beth game ever), it still does so many things so well that it's clearly among the best games of the year. The boy knows how to pile on the PR and overhype, for sure. Haven't seen , read or experienced anything that warrents Skyrim as GOTY. Best RPG, maybe but not GOTY. Oh wait, they say Zelda is for kids? Why didn't it won then? Heh, you get the idea, also watch TB's mailbox of 09/12/11, he says more about Spike's VGA, also, those awards don't really matter, pretty much every game trailer you watch theres a "Game of the year 20--" with flashing letters, and you wanna know why that is? Simply because there are like OVER 9000!!! (Sorry had to make that joke) GOTY awards, Skyrim did not deserve it, Bethesda did not deserve it, don't be such a fanboy, honestly, those awards shouldn't exist anyways, if they were to do so, please make it just 1, not thousents (pretty much every channel/magazine/newspaper/website with something game related has it's categories and it's GOTY awards) wich make every game win it's prize and use that as an argument to the game/company they are fanboys/girls to are better than what you say it really deserves to be GOTY, or whatever the crap those random awards are.
