Ummm, Some Super Mutants are Radroaches!

Well, here's a weird one.

I recently did a fresh install of FO4, and installed a bunch of mods. I have been exploring a bit with a new character, and making my way from Wattz Consumer Electronics to Bunker Hill. On the way, I met a few super mutants in a tall construction site.

Now, from previous playthroughs of the game, I knew there was usually a tough super mutant at the very top of the site. After taking out all the other basic super mutants, I made my way to the top, only to be attacked by a radroach. After bashing him once, I noticed he had super mutant loot on him! I took a screenshot

I don't know what mod is causing this, and was hoping for some help. Here is my load order:

I'm aware of an issue where settlers could turn into radroaches, which afaik, was due to a conflict between UFO4P 1.0.4b and FO4 1.6 patch. This bug became embedded in the savegame and couldn't be fixed without updating UFO4P and starting a new game. Haven't heard of this happening with Supermutants though.
