oblivion CTD when launching

no matter how I launch the game it will instantly crash. i am loaded with mods so dont really want to go throw them checking for incombatibilities. heres my load order:

Instant CTD upon launching is mainly caused by missing master, if there's no hardware or codec issue.

- Use BOSS to rearrange your mod order. If there's any unrecognized mod by BOSS, you have to adjust loaing order manually. (And read the log)

- Check if there's any missing master. Wrye Bash(if it is installed) will tell you if there's missing master(if a plugin has red checkbox, it means its master is missing. However, some filter plugins will always have missing masters because they are not supposed to be activated ever, instead they're supposed to be merged into Bashed Patch)

- Delete (User Account)\(My Documents)\My Games\Oblivion\Oblivion.ini and launch the game again to regenerate it. User tweaks should be re-applied.

i deleted better abandoned house and now i can launch it. but now it crashes on load game and new game D:

and when i check wyre bash all the better cities esps and esms say has the same load order as another mod

Is it ok to have Better Cities.esp up towards the top of the list like that, and then the rest of the BC stuff at the bottom where it's supposed to be? I'd have to double check mine if it's like that. BTW, if you haven't yet, try using BOSS http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=20516. It's solved several problems for me.

You may be having problems with custom animations. I remember a while back the same thing was happening to me. But, when I removed the animation mods, I was able to play again.
