Almost urgently: Better candlelight spell

I was shocked finding out something like this was not done already, (I believe Oblivion got this mod fairly quickly). I hope that reasons are not of technical nature, /i.e. being impossible.

 

So, thing is, when you make skyrim looking better and more realistic /darker via FXAA Post Process Injector you are much more reliant on torches and light spell. Now torches are OK, their light is mild, yellow and has fairly solid range, on the other hand .... light of candlelight spell is dreadful, way too white /bright and way to short in range (and short in lasting, but that's another issue) so nothing is lit rightly, closer things are too bright while 2m ahead you again see nothing.

 

In short:

 

Make light spell more natural-yellowish rather then white, improve range twice, reduce overall brightness if possible or needed.

In fact maybe shortest and easiest route would be using real torch light instead of magical light, strengthened for about 30ish percent maybe.

 

Optional: make light spell last twice as long. Self explanatory. Damn thing lasts irritatingly short and goes off in worse of times.

Pretty much this, I've got a mod to make the nights darker/more realistic and candlelight is just terrible. It needs to be less white and have a much larger radius. Make a new spell or just modify the older one.
