Rebind Scrap Weapons/Armour in customcontrolmap.txt?

I don't know if this is the best place to ask, so I'll ask here and on the official Bethesda forums.

Is there a way to change the button to 'scrap' weapons or armour in the workbenches? In my customcontrolmap.txt I can't find any reference to it (only scrapping something when in workshop mode).
