No worries nearly forgot there is a clothing store in Quincy Ruins if you want to make it challenging as they have to take on about 20 heavily armed Gunners and an Assaultron to get there.

Pretty thorough list. All I can add is the unique clothing vendor found in the radio station after rescuing the big green guy might work well with that.

General Atomics Galleria just south of Outpost Zymonja has a store with laundered clothes - still fresh after 210 years - and most of the schools have the type of clothes teenagers would wear. If you want to get some really flash clothing though get the Fusion City Rising mod.

Edit sorry thought you meant you were looking for clothes but I think you mean you are modding new clothes ?

Speaking of children's clothes, it's increasingly odd that Beth developed clothing items for either adults or kids -- and never teenagers. In fact no reference to teenage NPCs can be found anywhere in the trailers or NPCs throughout the Wasteland or Commonwealth......
