So at first im trying to find out who hire Dark Brotherhood to kill me. At first, thought it was Sven. Lol, as i search for the name Astrid at wiki, i know she the leader.

 

Reading on, i remember helping out Cicero when his carriage was stuck puring out of kind deed because of his fillial to his mother. Now i know the person inside coffin were the Night Mother.

 

So i was appointed as the new leader before i visit Dark Brotherhood?

From what I've read, the Dark Brotherhood are coming after you because you have "good karma" and not because of anything you've specifically done. This page tells how to join the Dark Brotherhood.

It seems to be that, instead of getting hired mercenaries after you, the Dark Brotherhood targets you instead (i.e. the incident with Sven you mentioned). It's never made clear who hired the Dark Brotherhood to kill you unless you're familiar with the actions that would otherwise get you hired mercenaries. Doing certain actions that typically would have resulted in mercenaries instead gets assassins, which is what I found out when comparing actions I did as a Dark Brotherhood assassin to similar actions I made as a mage who didn't become a member of the organization.

 

As for being "chosen," I suppose you could see it that way. Maybe Sithis chose you the moment you were born, like he did with the Champion of Cyrodiil?
