I've completed the Stormcloaks quest line if that is relevent.From reading some wiki pages, it seems I missed the "murder scenes" upon entering Windhelm for the first time. What should I do? HackerSlasher Posted December 12, 2011 Share Posted December 12, 2011 It's one of the most bugged quests there is I'm afraid, but the prerequisites and tips to getting it started (if it does start at all) are : * You need to enter Windhelm four times before the quest initialises.* Checking out the graveyard after 2am in the morning could prove useful.* Doing the Dark Brotherhood quest line will mean you'll only get half way with it (one of the people you might bump off in that is needed in this quest line).
