I found out you don't need telekinesis ...

 

Just a script that moves the reference up by 1

 

And of course repeats. Its so damn easy .

 

Could make a weapon you point and raise references with.

You get psychic powers in Devil's Wish. Closest thing I've seen to it. There might be more in New Vegas, but I doubt it.
