panurgy Posted October 19, 2016 Share Posted October 19, 2016 Just to clarify qwertyzeldar's post, "4c" is hexadecimal notation. Skyrim uses hex for it's load ordering and most mod tools do the same rather than translating. That just means that rather than 0 - 9, it's 0 - F, where F is "15" in normal decimal notation.
