RoyBatterian
Go Here Download the NVAC BETA manually. Extract the archive and go into the NVSE\Plugins folder, you will need the nvac DLL inside. In your Fallout 3 Data folder create a folder called FOSE, if it exists go into it. Create a folder called Plugins, if it exists go into it. Put the nvac dll from the extracted archive into this folder. Remove any d3d9.dll you added from any other guide. All this does is cripple the features of the game by making it think you have a very old video card. Run your game through the FOSE launcher. If you do not have FOSE installed, install it. Enjoy your now working game that is not feature crippled.
JimboUK
I know a few people with this issue in NV and I've made them aware, I've got around it by avoiding that update and not updating my drivers but it's a fix that won't last forever.
