NMM Issue after update

Hello there,

 

I recently made the mistake of updating my NMM program. Now all of my mods are completely functional and come up in the plugins section. My issue is when I go into the mods section a majority of the mods are a red circle instead of the green check mark. When I double click them to install and activate the progress bar pops and then it stays a red circle instead of a green check mark.

 

Any ideas how I can fix this? I am going to try installing a couple new mods to verify they work but I would love it someone could help me solve this issue.

I had the same problem. I ended up uninstalling, re-downloading then installing every mod. I had to do it twice because for some reason NMM reverted back and demanded a new upgrade. Made me crankier than normal.
