Slixer Posted December 14, 2011 Share Posted December 14, 2011 This just started after using the 4G MOD. I got sick of all the CTD. I clearly have dragon souls, I believe four at the moment. I am unable to apply these dragon souls to access new shouts that I've acquired. I've been able to do this without a problem up until now. And of course I know that I have to use "R".
