saurusmaximus
Are you running FNIS and LOOT through MO? If so, once you run FNIS, are you taking the files out of your Overwrite folder and making them into a patch?

I do not know how to make them into a patch. Thanks for helping.
saurusmaximus
Open your Overwrite folder and make sure you only have the files generated by FNIS in there. There should be 3 folders: tools, Scripts, Meshes. If so, close the Overwrite pop up window. Then, right click on the Overwrite folder, select "Create Mod". A popup will open asking you to name your new mod, I usually name mine after the profile I'm using: "FNIS Patch-profile name". Click OK and the new mod should appear in your left pane. Activate it, and drag it up until it's directly below FNIS. You should be good to go.
