Any ini file placed into the game will superseded defaults. Think (ENB)...so the games main ini files will respond in the same manner.What your fighting are two fronts on the networks, Steam and nmm vs. how the game works. Edsh0t Posted October 24, 2016 Share Posted October 24, 2016 Not helping, but I would just like to add that I am suffering from the same issues, albeit its not with all mods, but a few of them are indeed invisible for some reason. I have tried reinstalling the mods, I use LOOT for the oad order and I have done as suggested here. still nothing Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

The normal ini files that are targeted for edits, they reside in your documents games folders on the desktop profile.Those files, Just copy them to the games root folder where the executable resides. Don't move things. "Copy them." Your trying to get the Engine to respond to new settings, it will pick up on the ini files sitting in there, NOT the data folder.
