Balanced Weapon Mods

Hey guys/gals/ghouls,

I'm looking to add some extra weapons to my game, but most of the standalone weapons are overpowered. I don't suppose any of you have come across any mods that don't break the game play?

I'm looking for weapons that i can use on survival mode, to add some variety, without a 1 shot kill game. I found the SCAR to scale pretty nicely to start with, but then become quickly over powered :(

Any help would be appreciated.

Also, i've tried to google this, but most searches just result in weapon rebalance mods for the base game weapons only.

I'm using the IF-88 Shotgun by Skibadaa. It's comparable to the combat shotgun, but looks better and IMO not OP.

Unless I get a lot of head shots I don't one shot much, even with many of the weapon mods.

Stargazer is right. Skibadaa's new mods, both the shotgun and light machine gun, are pretty well balanced. There's also a revolver, a battle rifle and a heavy machine gun on the way as he updates his original pack.
