evacyn
I've been trying to learn how to use Nifskope, and so far this board (and good ol' Googlin) has helped immensely. Unfortunately, today I copied a body mesh to an outfit mesh and there's a lot of clipping/tearing. I've tried adjusting the Translation and Rotation (Transform > Edit), but the body mesh is too big around the shoulders. I've tried different body meshes, but the only ones that work don't have shoulder textures (which I really would like). Is there a way around this using Nifskope? Or do I have to make the next leap to Blender?
FavoredSoul
Meshes not made together aren't meant to be used with one another; unless specifically designed for that purpose. The result is mass clippage otherwise. The only way to fix this is by mesh editing in a 3d package such as Blender, yes.
