greywaste
Title says it all. Queries about how to do stuff being posted in troubleshooting instead of mod talk, Mod detectives thread becoming a request thread, tons of posts relating to similar issues means useful threads are getting buried. No particular suggestions, since I'm a forum nab, I know it's an end user problem really but maybe some merges are in order? Also I think this thread should definitely get a sticky : http://www.thenexusforums.com/index.php?/topic/478312-tutorial-3ds-max-skinned-meshes-into-game/ Thoughts anyone? Vindekarr
Agreed, and maybe keep an eye out for flamebait threads in general discussion, a lot of folks seem to go there looking for a fight. bben46
Yup, we got a lot of noobs. Most of these are kids who will be gone in a couple of weeks. Usually as soon as the next shiney new game hits the market. Although we do anticipate a rash of new 'noobs' right after Christmas. :whistling: A few will become regulars here. Those that do stick around will figure it out quickly and post in the proper places. Until the 'casual' people move on we will just have to tolerate a few posts in the wrong places. We will move or delete the worst as we see them. Most of the new members are well behaved - As for troublemakers - check the banned threads. We've been kept busy. :geek:
