Is the console command supposed to include a mouse?

I am playing the quest Payback which includes stealing some horses. I can get the key on the table next to the door to the stable but the door does not open, it stays locked.

 

I was told there is a console command "unlock" and that will open doors. But I was also told to move my cursor over the door before unlocking it. When moving Geralt using the WASD keys I do not have a cursor and using ~ to get into the console does not give me a mouse.

 

I need help in one of two ways. Either a mouse while in console to do the unlock command (or the rest of the command if there is more than unlock) or how do i open a door that I have the key for and it does not respond? Either one will work.
