That wouldn't have anything to do with it would it? I've tried replaying from an earlier point and the same error occurred, so it is a repeating error. UPDATE: I just noticed the game disc wasn't in the cd rom drive. Could that be the culprit? Dave S. Edited December 16, 2011 by Xenobuzz
BlackRampage
Could a Mod be causing this?Unsure. Disable all mods, then see if the quest completes like that. My character is lvl 30, all my Specials are maxed, as are all but two of the Skills. That wouldn't have anything to do with it would it?Unlikely. UPDATE: I just noticed the game disc wasn't in the cd rom drive. Could that be the culprit? Doesn't matters. The American Dream is the quest in which you get to talk to Eden, yes? Did you take the vial of FEV virus after chatting with him? If you did: Open the console, then type in the following: "getqc 14e8f". Is it displayed as 1 or 0? Xenobuzz
The American Dream is the quest in which you get to talk to Eden, yes? Did you take the vial of FEV virus after chatting with him? If you did: Open the console, then type in the following: "getqc 14e8f". Is it displayed as 1 or 0? I did take the FEV vial. It displays "1." According to the game, the quest has completed. However, isn't "Take It Back!" supposed to automatically begin after I escape from Raven Rock? Here's an interesting note: I headed over to the Jefferson Memorial and the Enclave energy fence is there, but the gate is gone so I can walk right in. No Enclave bodies, just the Super Mutants I dispatched before escorting Dr Li to The Citadel. What does that mean?! :teehee: UPDATE: I don't know how this happened, but I believe I've discovered the problem. The Jefferson Memorial is no longer on my World Map! Apparently, it disappeared somewhere between the Tranquility Lane and Waters of Life quest. The first save game I can find where the Jefferson Memorial l is still on my map is before I enter Vault 112. My next save game after that is at the point in Waters of Life where you drain the intake pipes. Upon loading that save game, the Jefferson Memorial map marker disappears!
