My GTX 980ti performs almost perfectly. It's only near Riverwood that I get a bit of stuttering.

at 4K? fps?

Right, should have clarified. I have it set to 1080p.I don't see any point in going higher than that(Not to mention I have 1080p display.) and my FPS is capped at 60.

If it helps, I have 2x980ti and @ 4k I was getting around 24 fps with my reshade. When I drop the resolution down to 1440p, its between 40-55 fps usually. This is very much inbetween ENB like performance. Maybe it will get better with drivers, but I'm not holding my breath as FO4 is still a little iffy. I must say with the scaler in my 4k monitor, 1440p on my 40"@60fps, doesn't look all that worse, so dropping down for the added performance is easy for me to choose.

Don't forget, due to Bethesda's insanity the game engine shunts everything through the CPU. At 4k, even with the flashiest of cards the CPU will bottleneck you. So maybe that's your issue?

This is interesting, my 980ti is running super smooth. But then, I use driver 368.22 (368.75 works well as well). Newer drivers have given me problems, even after ddu proper install.

I'll have to check how 4k upscale runs but at 1080p caed is downclocking and sitting at 32c most of the time, not even breaking a sweat :)
