need mods for harder skyrim

Any mods that could fix this game difficulty ? I'm playing skyre on legendary and once im past through the struggle of the first 15-20 levels, the game get much easier. I usually become 'godly' at around level 40.

The problem with this game is its fundamentally broken as far as game balance is concerned. Skyre does a great job trying to delay the inevitable where you become a god but it's still not enough.

- stamina is still a joke because of all the super good stamina regen perks

- you become too rich once high priced armor and weapons become standard findings and once you're rich enough to buy tons of alchemy ingredient and sell the potion at very high prices

- some spells are clearly broken such as fear/fury/fast healing/push and tons of other. enemy scaling simply cant compete with those hard cc and superheals

- some skyre perks are too good. If anyone has a tutorial on how to modify them a little Id be happy to do that.

- some unique weapons in this game are simply broken-good

- quest end up giving too much money (>1000gold etc)

- Enemy AI isnt the greatest

Do you guys know any mods who are compatible with skyre who could fix some of this?

No enemy mass-spawn mods pls

thx!

Requiem is a good one, max lvl is around 58 if you don't use uncapper, and keeps enchants/gear upgrades more balanced. Can also work with Morrowloot (with patch) that'll make it to where you don't get all the cool loot till higher lvl's and can't craft anything past iron/steel/leather but can still upgrade everything if have the perks and mats (at least from vanilla recipes.

If you want to keep Vanilla perks, then go with Revenge of the Enemies, OBIS, Skyrim Immersive Creatures, Deadly Dragons (with Elemental dragons, there is a patch for these two to work together)(oh RoeE and SIC needs to be patched with each other, there's a patch that comes with SIC for this). All of these minus OBIS will work with Requiem (there's patches for each). Will say that Requiem with RotE is VARY hard

A few mod that'll really slow down your progress are Campfire, Frostfall and iNeeds (or Realistic Needs and Diseases). Campfire does what it's name suggests, allows you to camp in skyrim. Frostfall makes it to where cold weather and wetness effects your character (so be carefull if you use mods like truestorms with Frostfall, as there's a lot of rain lol). iNeeds and RNaD both make it to where you need to eat'n'drink and diseases will effect you

With Requiem you can't use Skyre (though I am not sure why your using Skyre anymore as it was remade as T3nd0's Perkus Maximus by T3nd0 [mod # 59849 on nexus]) as they change the same stuff but in different ways.

Some of the key points in Requiem are:

Gold has weight so you can't be too rich (but can be made weightless if you want)

Mods don't scale with your lvl, so no fighting a Dragons at early levels lol

Enemy AI is much better then vanilla (they block and stuff now)

Damage numbers are increased for both player and npc's

Wearing armor that you don't have perks for will rapidly drain your stam.

Health does not passively regen, but there is 1-2 perks that will change this

Health/Magic/Stam potions heal over time rather then insta.

Some new items such as a potion that'll heal you fully if used right before sleeping.

Picking plants/flowers will yield more, 3-5 on adv.

All perk trees changed

No fast travel (can be turned back on if you want it)

Some other stuff in Requiem:

Can add up to 1k carry weight to help with some loot hauls

Can make things easier or harder by changing how hard you hit (0.01% dam up to 400% dam)

Can change how much dam you take (can't remember the numbers)

Change how arrows work and if you want bows to be breakable (note this effects both npc's and player bows)

Bunch of other stuff.

+1 on Requiem. Its what i use.

With that said tho you are supposed to eventually become a god in RPG's. I dont see why people always complain about this.

The way to keep game fun is with end game content like tough bosses.

In Requiem dragons, vampires, and dragon priests are all VERY powerful tough foes.

by the end maybe but i was level 40 and id say i completed about 15-20% of the game. All I did was the thief guild questline entirely plus some random optional quests here and there. I complain about this because to me it is boring. i know its not the most popular view i dont expect everyone to share it

draugrs are one of the biggest challenges till level 20 for me, then it is mages. (f***ing mages with their sick frost nova spell and fireballs)

to me early game its mostly archers and animals

later its vampires and mages

if your level 40 and only completed 15% of game then you are power gaming HARD. If you play normally theres no way you will be level 40 and only 15% complete.

If you power game then you cant complain about being OP as people like to say.

If by power gaming you mean using my money the most optimal way, making sure I level everything to gain levels quicker and fast as possible, doing certain quest that I know result with great rewards etc yes. if you mean i somehow abuse some glitch or exploit a leveling loophole then no i dont do that. I've thousands of hours into the game, obviously I'm very experienced. ''powergaming'' comes naturally. Also you level quicker on legendary since your need to hit the enemies a lot before they die

I dont do anything that would be considered as cheating if this was a competition somehow but I do everything to be as optimal and as strong as possible. If the game can't keep up on its max difficulty, it's the game's fault, not mine

ty @stebo114 Ive installed RotE and OBIS

just a question if youre still around. is the OBIS extra loot too good? because sometimes more enemies makes the game easier because of this. for example better vampire has a vampire hunter option but i set it off because their loot is simply too good.

Might try Deadly Wenches as well. You can set them to legendary and they will own you. They do all sorts of interesting hurtful things. Hybrid classes

The blademaster bandits will stealth attack you lol. Nasty surprise.

Doesn't change anything but adding very strong enemies to a lot of the leveled lists, including the civil war.

Don't let the screenshots of the mod bother you, it will use the bodies and armor you have installed.
