Information on new(to me) witcher 3 versions

So,I stopped playing w3 a few months ago(1.22). I had

mods,about 11 and they all worked fine. Now I see that

some of the mods I have have been updated to be played

with version 1.30 or 1.31 of w3. I do not know anything of

these latest version of the w3 but I would love to update

the mods that have been updated. So whats up with this ver

1.30-1.31 of w3?.

 

So,Is there a witcher in the house that can tell me whats up

with these new 1.30/1.31 versions of the game witcher 3?

I'm looking into updating some of my mods and/or installing

new ones,some require these new versions of the game that

Ive never heard of before.

Version 1.31 is the latest version of the game. The updates are usually automatic. Your copy is probably already 1.31.

 

If the game won't start disable all your mods and see if it starts. Then add the mods back in one at a time to find the problem one.

Ok,thank you for the info. I guess I was miss informed in that 1.31 applies to goty only and that 1.30 is the latest patch for non goty.

I did not get GOTY because i already have all the DLCs and there was no gain for me. My version of Witcher is 1.31.

 

On reading the many threads here about problems with GOTY I am glad I didn't get it.
