Support for PBR?

the short answer is no, but you can check this for yourself. PBR means that materials follow Fresnel shading, which means that at steep angles they reflect more light than head-on. Materials in skyrim are quite diffuse no matter what angle you are viewing them from. This points to a dissatisfaction with the engine's capacity to handle specular materials, along with rather dull looking metal, and very very few shiny surfaces.

Yes I remember somebody making the more metallic looking mod, reflection of light was the equivalent of trying to look at my phone in the sun :D Nice explanation
