Creation Kit for SE

To download the Special Edition CK:

1) Join bethesda.net (if you haven't already): https://account.bethesda.net/en/join

2) Go to a page (News/Mods/Community) where Launcher is shown in the upper right-hand corner of screen

3) Download and install the Launcher.

4) The Creation Kit for SE will be one of the downloads available on the left-hand menu of the Launcher. Its ~70MB in size.
