thefinn
I run it, it runs (steam box pops up to run the steam program) for 2 seconds and then closes. Any ideas? Am I missing something ?
Deleted3897072User
Are you looking at the CK for the old 32-bit Skyrim? The new one for Special Edition isn't released on Steam yet, AFAIK.
thefinn
Then I guess I am ;) Thanks. Had me stumped.
Deleted3897072User
But the new one is now out. You get it from Bethesda Launcher, not Steam.
TheMastersSon
But the new one is now out. You get it from Bethesda Launcher, not Steam. Can you be a little more specific? When I click on Bethesda Launcher all I get are system specs. Meanwhile Steam has already downloaded the CK but I get the exact same problem as thefinn. EDIT: Ok, as soon as I posted the above, a download option appeared where it didn't previously. Wow, magic. Now I get an error that a 64-bit Steam dll is missing when I try and launch the SSE CK. Even though I just installed the newest Steam client. Guys, whatever is beyond ridiclous with these pointless middlemen between gamers and their games, we've arrived.
