xDialtone Posted October 31, 2016 Share Posted October 31, 2016 For what ever reason, nexus isn't allowing me to upgrade my account back to premium. It keeps giving me a 'problem with your payment' error. My card information is correct and so is the billing information that I just changed to reflect my new residence. I've tried renewing an old 1 month one that was in my account as well as trying to start a new one as well as trying to purchase a 3 month. Anyone know what I can do to get this fixed?
