Need some advice on graphic mods or any way to fix my game FPS?

First off heres my specs Radeon Software Version - 16.2.1

Radeon Software Edition - Crimson

Graphics Chipset - AMD Radeon HD 8550G

Memory Size - 768 MB

Memory Type - DDR3

Core Clock - 720 MHz

Windows Version - Windows 10

System Memory - 8 GB

CPU Type - AMD A8-5550M APU with Radeon HD Graphics

Its a Potato I know but it runs skyrim it stopped crashing finally but now its laggy as hell and choppy I know it has to be my crap machine but it runs various game okay i have all my setting set at low and its still not the great is there any help for me any graphical mods i can run to help out anything like that?

If you aren't already, get ENBoost, basically it's the ENB binaries without any graphical enhancement. Here's a guide on ENB, you can skip down to the part on ENBoost. That should free up some memory and get you running smoother.

 

As far as graphical enhancements, you are going to be limited to SweetFX presets or ICEBINE as anything else will probably be too taxing for your rig.
