SSE Creation kit crashing every 5-10 minutes

Is there any place where we can report CK bugs since there is some serious issues with textures not updating and normal map aberrations.

 

I test those feature in regular Skyrim(legendary) and they work perfectly but not in CK.

 

I look at Bethesda.net but i cannot find anything for the CK.
