kitcat81
I have a simple mesh of a rug, I need to rotate the texture 90 degrees. Tried to google it but there were only tutorials for the old NifScope. And the old one won`t even open FO4 meshes. Wondering if I`m missing something or I have to use another program. Any help is appreciated
TrickyVein
Use the UV editor. Right click on the mesh, go to texture → edit UV and select all faces by making a selection with the mouse or clicking on a vert and right clicking and choosing 'select connected.' Rotate faces by pressing alt + r and inputting the desired amount.

In my version on NifSkope it works for NiTrishapes, but it does not work bor BSTriShapes, there is just no "edit UV" option for them. I did not know that, I started to use the program only a few days ago and it was the latest version from github. I was trying to google if there is any way around it and found that there is a new Nifskope 2.0 from 2016-08-08, which is like pre-pre-alfa. It was posted by it`s creator on another forum. This new version allows UV editing for BSTrishapes. I installed it and followed your instructions and everything worked. :) In case somebody wants this new version I`ll leave a link. It was not easy to find it. https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B9F4jSOO-JcpaUlROWtsa3V3b1k/view
