LE CK loads to 75% then crashes

ok so every time i load a mod(s) it will load everything to about 70-75% then give the error shown in the attached pic

anyone have any ideas? thanks

EDIT: forgot to mention. i'm using Mod Organizer to launch it and i've tried the fix located on the nexus

it seems it's crashing upon loading dawnguard. which is stupid cause it's never done that before.

 

EDIT 2: Sigh... i wish i had thought of this earlier...i got it working by using the ini file off my other pc

so can this get deleted?
