Worrying Trend of some Mods

Hi all, I don't want to diss anyone's talents or great work, but am I the only one here who thinks some modding is taking a slightly sinister step towards "dodgy" content? i.e. Schoolgirl uniforms?, Hentai?

Im no prude, I like beautiful female bodies just like the next man, just saying, perhaps people need to be careful, there's laws against that sort of thing. You dont want this great site closed down because of some individuals.

The Elder Scrolls is a fantastic RPG series but it seems some people are intent on perverting it for their own "purposes."

This trend's been around for a while, it's not going anywhere, it's not necessarily "growing". The amount of people getting into modding in general is growing, so while it may seem adult mods are growing, it's only because mods in general are.

 

Also, there are no laws against nudity or pornography mods, as long as they are only available to people over 18, as already handled by the Nexus. The Nexus also has rules set in place for adult mods, no rape, bestiality, pedophilia, etc. If any of these mods were published, they'd be taken down fast, and if the site was threatened to be taken down, there would be time for the Nexus sites to resolve whatever issue they have. Sites don't instantly vanish.

Thanks for that, its good to know, I just think School Girl uniforms is leaning a bit towards the pedophila side of things. Bit sad that people feel the need to make an RPG character look like a little girl. Bit sick too, sorry but its just my opinion.

Yeah, we have beat that horse to death. Thing is, it is really hard to argue about the slight differences with "anime" looking girls, children, school girls etc. I mean, adult women can wear school girl uniforms too. But anyhow, if you see something you are not sure about report it and the moderators will sort it out. The Nexus has a pretty good track record about these sort of things, though some users do tend to keep pushing the edge.

Considering that Estrus has been downloaded by at least 80,000 people, has been on the site for two years, and just in general is everything you are saying we are "stepping towards"...I have a feeling that its not really an issue.

Yes...we have had about 9 million threads on this topic. If you aren't interested in the big-boobies for all to see mods then move on (and make sure your adult filter is checked.)..others obviously are. If you think a mod breaks the TOS rules then of course report it.
