LE mage weapon casting

As a mage be able to cast your magic through your weapon if you have a two-handed weapon....i could primarily see this as a destruction mage thing. It would also be more usable for those who are wanting to make a true spellblade.

I've been waiting for someone to come up with a way to focus a spell through a weapon since my third character in Oblivion (three years? I'm a late starter). The only thing I found that was close was Illithiel, but 'she' always needed on hit to figure out a target's weakness.
